My Teaching Philosophy

      I have chosen to become a teacher because of the high reward that comes with the profession. What an incredible way to give back to the world in which we've been given so much. Their is nothing better than to build relationships with students. It's especially rewarding to see how helpful a positive relationship can be in the life of a child with an unstable family/home life.

      In my teaching career I hope to not only get the children to pass tests and learn the curriculum, but to be a stable role model in the lives of my students. I want to build trusting relationships with them that will change the way some of them might see the world.
